I am not getting notifications on my charge 3 Fitbit. It will vibrate and come through saying I have a message but it doesn't tell me who or what the message is..yes I am paired with Bluetooth yes notifications are on. Help please

Sorry to hear that you aren't getting notifications on your Charge 3 tracker and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Please follow these instructions to help solve the issue.

 

Also confirm if you have a Charge 2 or Charge 3 as if it is the latter I will need to move the thread to the correct board.

Hi there..wow this is truly frustrating.  I  have a charge 3. Answer per question asked.

Still haven't figured this out..I was just checking phone capability and realized my phone isn't listed..I have a Motorola Z Play.

Any help at this point would help.
