I am not receiving notifications to get up and move or my text messages on my Charge HR.

For the past few months, I am not longer receiving text messages or notifications to get up and move on my FitBit.  It syncs to the app, so the Blutooth is working.  I checked notifications and it is turned on, so I am not sure why this has stopped.
