I can not sync my fitbit charge 2. I bought a samsung j7 phone and it does not sync. I reinstalled the fitbit application until the step that the application requests the 4 digit code. From now on, it does not work.
The date and time are also outdated.

This phone model, the Samsung J7 Duo is not a compatible device to work with Fitbit devices, so I'm afraid that you'll experience connectivity issues. However, I've seen some users with incompatible devices that were able to use their phones with their trackers, so I suggest you to take a look at the tips in this help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device? beside of what you already tried. 🙂
