I can't connect my Charge 2 from Bluetooth

Hi! I have been trying to connect my Charge 2 but when trying to connect nothing will appear.

 

I have reset my watch several times but wasn't able to factory reset it because they make the button too small.

 

If you can help me I'd be thankful.

It's supposed to be to Bluetooth not from.
