I can't find alarms on the App after the Firmware update - Charge 3

Hello! I just updated my Charge 3 this evening and cannot find the Silent Alarm set feature on the App. I can set the alarms on the device itself, but would like to know if the app still has the feature and where to find it. Thanks!

Hi @evenormom38  you can only set silent alarms on the device itself since a previous update.

@evenormom38 Adding to the post above, if your Charge 3 was updated to the latest Firmware version 1.88.11, you can now set alarms on the device itself and no longer on the Fitbit App. For more details about what has changed after updating your tracker to this Firmware version, please check: What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?

 

For more details about the Alarms App on your Charge 3, please check the Charge 3 manual on page 25.
