I was in exercise and tapped the unlock key next to gps in upper left corner. Now none of the buttons work on the main screen. What did I do and How do I undo this?

Let me help you with your unresponsive device. Are you refering to the Fitbit app or the Charge 2 itself? If it is the app could you share a screenshot? If you are talking about the app then restart your phone. If you are talking about your tracker then restart it.

Let me know how it goes.
