My wife and I both use IPhones with our fitbit apps. It logged us both out. We have not been able to log on. It says the username and passwords don’t match. It also want let us reset the passwords. Any suggestions?

Let me help you with your app not letting your log in. There was a temporary outage yesterday that may be the reason of this login error. Are you still having this issue? If this is the case restart your phone and try again. Also try either using wifi or mobile data.

Yes. The problem was resolved. I logged on to the website, then I was able to log back on to the app. Thanks for checking!
