I can't pair Charge2 with my phone

I'm not able to pair my new Charge2 with my phone. I have tried to restart bluetooth several times as well as the phone. I've restarted the fitbit several times too. My phone's bluetooth works as it connects to my laptop, amplifier, old Suunto watch etc (tried 7 different devices in total and phone connected with all without any problems).  I have tried to uninstall and reinstall app once and nothing helps. Fitbit's firmware version seems to be 22.53.04 if that helps.

Same here won’t do it st all what’s wrong with it  is it another glitch x

I will assist you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your phones. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.

Hi managed to get it done finally this morning I as thought I was going to lose all my steps but thanks for the reply x

This is my 2nd charge 2. They actually send me one to replace the first one I had. It still will not show phone called or texts. I should have called them back about this one. It is just time consuming trying for figure out what is wrong. I will not buy another Fitbit!
