I don't receive messages and calls on my fitbit hr charge 2 anymore. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and notifications are on, plus I have reset it.

Hi, I have been having the same issue with mine since December and the warranty ran out 29/12/18. I have done absolutely EVERYTHING, more than a couple of times to fix it. Uninstall, install again, reset Fitbit, check notification on or off. Contacted support and they put me through the same routine and try to blame apple software strict conditions. Other than the notifications it works great. Any guidance further is much appreciated.
