I can’t see Steps in Challenge menu

Hello, 

 

we have started a Workweek hustle challenge with our friends. I receive notifications but I can’t see my friends’ steps. I see 0s only. Can you please help?

Let me help you with your friend's steps not showing on the Challenges. Which phone are you using and which OS version is it running? Also do you have the Fitbit app up to date? Please log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Hi Alvaro,

 my phone is iPhone XS Max and ios version is 12.4.1 

 

my Fitbit application is updated yesterday. I will try to log out and log in again.
