I can't see anything on the screen of the Charge itself, even though it still works.

The fitbit works and charges up, but I can't see anything on the screen.  So I can't put in things like specific types of exercise, etc.  I can only see things like steps and heart rate by looking at my prone.  The screen on the device itself is completely dark

Can I just check that you have the Charge 2 and not the Charge 3. This is a common problem with the Charge 3 but I have not come across the issue with the Charge 2.
