Hi all,
I can't set up my fitbit charge 3 to my android phone (samsung galaxy note 10). Things what i've done:
- set up device while my fitbit charged
- clear data/cache my fitbit app
- reinstall my fitbit app
- reset my network settings on my phone
- clear user data/reboot device
I have updated my android OS to android 11 and my fitbit charge 3 firmware is 28.20001.63.5
I also tried to hold the side key on my charge 3 while charging for 8 seconds, unfortunately the smiley face doesn't showed up.
I hope somebody can help me.. thank you very much

I recently bought a secondhand Charge 3 and I'm unable to pair it to my phone. I've tried via both mobile and Wifi internet. The numbers to pair it appear on the Fitbit, I then enter the numbers on my Fitbit app then get the 'circle of death'
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app on my moto g7 play phone, checked for updates to Android 10 and unlinked MobileTrack
