I can't shut off notifications for mobile tracker

I have tried the suggestions to turn off notifications for fitbit mobile tracker. It's using my battery and I'd like to shut it off. Please help.

@nannyto05 , Nice to see you here. Thank you for your message and efforts. 

 

If you have the Charge 4 linked to your account we recommend to disable and remove Mobile Track as this can overwrite the data recorded by the Charge 4.

Are the notifications on your Charge 4 or your phone?
