I can't sync with my computer. It says no device found

Hello,

when I log into my computer it shows that there is no device, yet on my phone it shows all my steps. Can anyone tell me how to pair my device back up with my computer. I'm in a challenge at work and need to print my steps from my computer

It could be that it has just not synced recently.  Even without syncing, your phone can be keeping track of your steps via bluetooth without having synced to the Fitbit database, which is where the computer display comes from.  It this is the case, forcing a sync should update your computer display.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Make sure you are logged into same account/email on computer as on phone app.

Hey @Tvano, welcome to the Community! Has this ever happened to you before when you try to sync with your computer? If not, then make sure that you are logged into the same Fitbit account, as @JohnnyRow mentioned. If you made sure about it, but the issue persists, please take a look at the troubleshooting for PC or Mac in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Let me know how it goes!

I am having this same problem. As of last Thursday my fitbit Blaze stopped syncing either with my phone app or computer.  Did you ever resolve this issue?
