I can't unlock the screen... and it only unlocks when I click the button. Please help!!

If this doesn't help, please answer the following questions:

 

- Have you turned On the device lock by setting a 4-digit PIN code?

- How is your Charge 3 locked?

- What do you see on your Charge 3's screen?
