I cannot set up my new charge 3. I had an old charge 3 that stopped working. I cannot use my email address to set up the new charge 3. Can you please help me.

Sure @Walker1Ann what phone do you have?
At what step of the setup fails.
Do you get any error messages that can be passed on?

I cannot believe you responded so quickly to me!! Thank you sooo much!!
I tried opening a new email account from a different server to deal with
the issue. That seems to be taking care of it. The new charger 3 is going
to be associated with my new email.
