I removed the devise from the account as it was playing up and would re-sync with the account, so I was going to attempt a Factory re-set to start from scratch.
Problem is, you need the tracker to be active on an account to begin the factory re-set procedure, which as its not connected to the account I cant! so I'm stuck with the tracker that records everything and no way to link it back to my account.
Anyone know of a way to return it to factory reset without using the app so I can start from scratch setting up again???
Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Removing a fitbit from an account or factory resets are not recommended (unless as a last resort) as they can lead to loss of data.

I know I shouldn't of removed it now but at the time I was so frustrated with it, I just thought it would fix the issue now making it worse.
I'll contact customer services and see if they can help.
