I don't see the steps on the Fitbit app-Charge 3

Lost steps icon on phone/ipad but counts of Charge 3.

have reset, eliminated app and redone.

 

Steps nowhere to be found .Help please

To try to resolve the issue I would recommend setting up your Fitbit Charge 3 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
