I dont know how to disable silent alarms because I have 3 silent alarms for 5:00 , 5:10 , and 5:15. Yes I can disable them through my watch but I'm not sure how to completely remove them because I will most likely never use them.I have a charge 2 tracker.

Fitbit app
  1. Tap the Today tab 
     
     > your profile picture > your device image. 
  2. Tap Silent Alarms. Tap the alarm you want to delete > Delete Alarm > Delete Alarm.
