I dont receive all my text messages from my Samsung S9

Hi there,

Recently bought a Samsung S9. every time i get like 4-5 messages, my Fitbit Charge 2 only notifies me the first text message.

I used to have an iPhone 6+. My watch always notifies me of all the messages i received from that phone and i get message bubble with a plus sign saying that i have more than one notif.

Now when it notifies, I check my watch and see one message but when i open my Samsung S9, i have more than 2 or 3.

Please let me know if this is normal or not when it comes to Android phones.

@christian_esca A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that you aren't getting notifications for all your messages. Check the privacy settings on your phone and how it display messages on the lock screen and handles push notifications as these settings affect the way the Fitbit app manages them too. Also refresh the link between your phone and your tracker by going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
