I have a green line half solid across the face and it was giving a message of updating on the app. The line will not disappear and have tried unsyncing the charge hr as I had this problem before. I can’t get the line to go and even by restarting it stays there. I know there is a simple fix but I can’t remember what it was. Think the charge hr tried to update when it wasn’t fully charged. Help please.

Hello @Lesdemetriou I'm not sure what an un-sync is, but if it is in the middle of an update, you should see an option to continue the update process when opening the app.
