    My watch,Fitbit Charge 3, shows me this mark, what is the reason? And the attempt to restart it is pending

Could you please attach a picture of the mark you mentioned, so that we can have a look at it?

In the meantime, please restart your Charge 3 How do I restart my Fitbit device?
