I haven't received my replacement Charge 3

My fitbit charge3 had problems with a very short battery life and also a pixelated  screen. After  contacting  customer  support they told me that a replace charge3 would be sent but that was over 3 weeks ago  and  it still has  not arrived.  What do I do now
