I haven’t worn my Fitbit in a year and now it will not charge. I am unsure if it is the charger or not but it doesn’t even buzz when I plug in the charger. I have ordered a new charger and am waiting for it to come. I have a charge 3. I have tried holding the button down, changing the clock face etc. Nothing works help!

I'm sorry but when these batteries are not charged for long periods of time it destroys the battery.

 

You can google Lithium Ion batteries there are some fixes but I dont know if they work or not.
