Hi!
I’ve had to replace the strap on my Fitbit charge 4 three times now. After it broke recently, I was unable to find a replacement online so glued it back together.
The glue wasn’t strong enough to hold and this led to me losing the tracker whilst walking.
I’m really upset as I’ve spent a lot of money on replacement straps only to go and lose it.
Is there any way that this loss would be covered by my warranty? The tracker was bought in October 2021 and was really well looked after, having minor issues with charging a good few months back.

Hi @Rugbygirl44 the warranty is one year in the USA and two years in some European countries. I doubt this would be covered by warranty, but you can always ask customer support.
