I have a Charge 3. It stopped synching with my phone. I contacted Fitbit support; they gave me an return number. In the end I did a reset on it and it starting working again. It started happening again and I contacted Fitbit support and went through the steps with them and then they blamed my phone saying it was not supported. I never had problems like that with my Garmin device but I digress. I noticed that every now and again certain things do not work. Currently if I swipe up I see my steps, active hours, the lightening bolt and whatever is between that and the resting heartbeat is not showing up, it looks dimmed. Anyone else notice strange things like this?

Many users are able to sync and receive notifications from devices that are not part of the list of compatible devices, but in these cases we are not able to guarantee an optimal performance. However, we still recommend following these troubleshooting steps to resolve syncing issues.
Regarding the dimmed screen, please restart your Fitbit Charge 3 by following the instructions in this article. Whether this doesn't help, please provide me with a picture of the feature for further assistance.
