I'm not able to track the floors i climb wearing my Fitbit charge 2. I have contacted the customer care more than 3 times and followed all the instruction told by them but unfortunately non of them worked out. 4th time as they asked me to request for a replacement but again the email says there is no replacement for the product.

I'm from India and we don't have an authorized store from Fitbit in India. Please help me sort this issue.

Hello @JebinthomMathew and welcome to the Community.  If your problem is debris in and around the altimeter hole, then I'm confident that customer care gave you the recommended advice.  Fitbit specifically says not to put anything in the altimeter hole.  The Charge 2 is splash proof, not water resistant.  The Charge 2 manual says you shouldn't wear it in the shower or submerge it water.  You might have damaged the altimeter if you have been showering with it.  The Charge 2 is a discontinued model.  This is why there is no replacement.

I don't think there is a fix for your problem.

@JebinthomMathew   It's a good thing that you wore your Charge 2 properly.  My point in my first response is that customer care will give you advice that won't damage your device.  I can tell you that there are other threads where users have suggestions that I won't list.  They can damage your device completely.

If the Fitbit advice doesn't work, you might not be able to fix your floor issue.
