I use Fitbit charge 4 and I think I broke it. I wanted to reset it and I saw a small hole on the left and I used a pin to push it and now the screen is black and it has refused to charge I later learned that it is in fact not a reset button but an altimeter. Please is there a way of fixing it? If so please tell me.

Hi @Hmfmfbwinh really don't think there is a way to fix it once you've poked it and disturbed whatever is inside it. You can try restarting it, but with the screen being black, that's a bit hard to do. Try getting with customer support and let them know what happened and see if they can suggest anything,
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.
