I have had my Charge 2 for 2 years. I didn't use it for a period of time during 2018 but am now using it regularly again. I don't know how to re-sync it in order to correct the date and time. I am still logged into my account on the website and I still have the app on my laptop. I never used it with my phone and I don't want to. I have Googled this but cannot understand how I have to proceed. Please can someone explain to me in words of one syllable, exactly what I have to do!

@Buffyleo It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Thank you for your inquiry. When using a computer you will need a Windows 10 or Mac computer with integrated bluetooth 4.0 chip or higher. Install the Fitbit software and use it to sync your device with. If there is an issue then restart your computer and tracker.
Let me know how it goes!

Thank you for your message. I am using a laptop that has Windows 10 and bluetooth. My Charge 2 worked before with the same laptop. I re-started my tracker, turned the bluetooth on and off and also re-started my laptop. When I open the Fitbit app and try to re-sync, I get the message 'looking for tracker'. When I hit the button that says 'update your tracker' I get a message saying 'sync in progress, please wait.' I have waited ........ a long time! Nothing happens. Can you help me any further?
