@soverykeri21 @Lel45 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

@soverykeri21 in your case you just need to link them again and both should work as they used to. You can follow the instructions here.

@Lel45 you can also check the link I shared with @soverykeri21 but I wanted to add that there were some syncing issues from MFP that have been resolved so I would like to know if you are still having issues with this?

I look forward to your reply!

Thankyou. They are back up and running. Cant remember exactly how I did it
lol. My only problem is when I deleted app and downloaded again I appear to
have lost previous data.

@Lel45 glad to hear that the apps are now syncing. How many days were lost after this issue? Have you contacted MFP to see if there is any update from their side? If there aren't many days or activities you could try logging them manually on MFP or wait if the account will update in the next few days.

I look forward to your reply!

Was having syncing issues and read that I needed to revoke MyFitnessPal. I did that and now I can’t get it back. Please help me restore this.

I'm having the same problem again at the minute. I'm not sure if it's the
app in general

I was going to revoke it as it wasn't sync in... But reading this I won't! Was syncing fine up until yesterday. Frustrating.

Hello everyone.

MyFitnessPal was having issues from their side syncing with Fitbit. They have diligently worked on this and fixed the issue. You can actually read their update in their help site here.

Let me know how it goes.
