Greetings!
I got my Charge 2 in March of 2017. The screen is almost unreadably dim now. I've tried the restart procedure outlined in other posts (plug into charger, hold button for 4 seconds until logo appears, release button and unplug), and this did not fix the issue.

I don't know if this will help but my Charge 2 display went blank a couple of days ago. I tried holding the reset for 4 seconds but that didn't work. After numerous tries, I decided to hold the reset longer and after about 15 seconds the display came back on and it's been working fine since.
