I've not used charge 2 for 4 months

Hi all,  sorry I couldn't find a forum for Charge 2 so hoping you don't mind me posting her and hopefully you guys can help.  I've not been wearing my fitbit for 4 months.  I have 2 problems, first the fitbit app won't open - well it flashes open and then closes down again.  I've read about uninstalling it but don't know how to do that without it being open?  Secondly, how do I sync??  Watch is showing 6th May.  I opened fitbit on the web and can't see a 'sync' button.  Sorry if I'm being a bit dippy but all this tech is overtaking me a bit!!  Thanks in advance  Alison

Which platform are you using Android or iOS?

After not being used for some time, it's a good idea to restart the device a few times.

Read up on how to set up and if you still have difficulties, let us know.

Thank you for moving the post. I couldn’t find the charge 2 forum. The watch is syncing now as I had to ‘connect’ in the settings.

I am using IOS 13 - I am receiving notifications but still can’t open the app. It flashes up and shuts down instantaneously.
