IOS heart rate dashboard tracking an hour ahead

Hi,

I live in the UK and the clocks jumped forward early this morning. My phone auto updated the time and the clock on my Fitbit changed correctly on its sync. However when I look at my heart rate data it is logging my heart rate an hour ahead (equivalent to jumping 2 hours ahead). So it's now 10:32pm but the heart rate on the graph is showing it against 11:32pm. When I look on the web dashboard it's logging my heart rate correctly at 10:32pm.

I've tried erasing the app and redownloading. My mum and best friend also have charge HRs and theirs appear to be doing the same thing.

Does anyone have a resolution?

Many thanks,

As in my heart rate as it was at 7pm is showing on the graph at 8pm. So if you expand my heart rate graph and click to see the times, I currently have heart rate tracking until 11:40pm but it's only 10:42pm in the uk. However on my charge hr the time correctly shows at 10:42pm.

Not sure why it's doing it. Same goes for all the other stats too.

Web dashboard is tracking against time correctly.

So my iOS graph is a transpose of the web by +1 hour

Usually these "hiccups" only show up the first day after a time change, so hopefully everything will be back to normal tomorrow.  Keep us posted!

Don't feel to bad. My charge 3 is currently doing it now and there seems to be no fixes. Changed time zones and synced, then changed it back and synced back (didn't work). Reset the fitbit AND my phone (didn't work) the fitbit has been showing the right time all along, but the time in the heart rate section is saying 11:05 p.m when right now it's really 10:05 p.m. Was there ever a fix for yours? Or did it just automatically fix itself?
