ISSUES WITH CHARGE 2 Replacement

Anyone else having difficultly in connecting a Charge2 replacement?  My original failed and I was sent a replacement … for which it will not connect.  I have been online and on the phone several times and have been told that there is an issue with the code and it may take several weeks to correct and I should just keep trying to connect every day and if it does not work -- I should call back and discuss.  This sound like garbage.... so I am checking if anyone else is having the same issues.

I’m having the same issue. My replacement arrived today and it won’t sync with my iPhone or iPad. I’m not sure it’s charging while the set up screen appears on the Fitbit, the battery symbol never appears.

I’ve been dealing with this for almost 4 weeks now. It seems the replacement Charge 2s aren’t recognizable by Bluetooth. I think it’s a hardware issue and no update will fix it. Seems like FitBit is just giving us the runaround. A software issue wouldn’t keep the device

from being recognized by Bluetooth.  Fitbit needs to step up a and resolve ASAP.

I have been getting the runaround for some time.  Is there anything we can do to have to have this resolved more quickly?  The attitude I am getting from Fitbit is rather non-chalet as if they really do not care.

It your interested in help getting your charge 2 to sync, it might be easier if each starts a new thread and please include the type of device that is used to sync through.

It has nothing to do with the type of phone

peopleare using. It's a problem with the whole batch from which they keep sending charge2 replacements out to people.

It is a Charge 2 with a Windows 10 laptop.  Have tried two different laptops.  I have been on the phone with Fitbit 2 times and on line twice as well and they are unable to get it to synch.  I have a communication thread from them in which they state there are "known issues" on their end in regards to the replacement devices and first told me they should have it resolved in two days and then sent a reply to continued issues that it may take several weeks for it to be resolved but that I should just keep trying daily and to not reach out to them until two weeks pass if I still have not been able to get a resolution.  I found it a bit odd so I thought I would start a thread.
