Can't sync fitbit and Android phone. Continues to show sync date of October19th

Mines the same I tried to u pair it now I can't re pair it yo my phone. Its nothing but a pain since I bought it

I have same problem with iPhone for the past week. Support suggested to update phone operating system, but didn’t help.
