Not tech savy and my Charge2 replacement fitbit does not have correct date and time.

It will take date and time from its sync device when it syncs.  Other than time zone issues if off by exact number of hours, that is the only way to set time.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Do you use FitBit with an iPhone or android phone and have you begin using it? If so, ensure Bluetooth on phone is turned on, open the app, let it connect, and let it do a normal synchronization. If any messages pop-up, such as “Fitbit Firmware Upgrade” available, chose OK and let the upgrade run and the synchronization. Do not close the Fitbit program on your phone during either synchronization.
