Hi,
For the past five days my hear rate reading is inaccurate and it is always showing in 120+. While exercising, the heart rate reaches up to 210.
Also for the past months I am seeing horizontal void on the top of the device..
In past, I had charge 2 and was worked fine for 4 years and now charge 3 for the past two years.
Need help on how to solve 2 issues above.

I appreciate the feedback and comments. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, then follow these instructions to restart your device.
You can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.
Also check if the Sleep Mode or Do Not Disturb Mode are On in your device.
