Inpuuting calories is delaying when logging calorie consumtion

I have started experiencing a big delay  with logging the calories I have eaten and is not updating my calorie counter. I have reinstalled the app a couple of times and checked for updates, restarted my phone and nothing seems to work. About 30mins later it will then log the calories I have input? Please can you help?
