This forum was so helpful last time I had a problem I thought I would ask for help and my new issue!
I have just got a new phone, I was iPhone 13 mini and now have a 16. Swapped the SIM over and transferred all data and info across.
I have tried to connect my Inspire 2 to my new handset via Bluetooth but it keeps saying there is an error. I have disconnected and ‘forgot the device’ from the old handset and removed the Bluetooth connection. I have also restarted the Fitbit until the smiley face appears. It gets to the point (sometimes) that the code appears that I have to confirm it’s the right device, it looks like it is connecting then the error message appears.
I have also noticed today that the tone on the Fitbit is out and is nearly 10 minutes slower than the real time.
Does anyone have any ideas please?
Thanks in advance 😊
