Hello,
I'm starting a new thread about a topic raised in 2018 that does not seem to be fixed.
I run intervals with the interval timer and GPS enabled. I have a Charge 3 synched to an LG V30 (Android) phone.
When I complete my run I see the map and all of the details from my run, but it never synchronizes to Strava like it does when I just use run or walk as the exercise type. I tried to download the TCX file from both the web interface and the Android app and manually upload it to Strava. The web interface just says "The TCX file could not be downloaded. We are looking into the issue." and it crashes the Android app when I try to download from there.
I've seen posts off and on about this on various devices dating back to 2018. This seems like a simple issue to fix. Why is it still happening 3 years later?

I'm having the same issue with the Charge 4. I've also been trawling the forums, and it does seem to have been an issue since 2017. I had been hoping to sync my interval workouts with Strava, and tried to export the TCX file as a work around, since it turns out that Fitbit does not sync interval training. However I get a red banner with the message "The activity TCX file could not be downloaded. We are looking into the issue". Evidently it's not a priority
