Greetings,
Whenever using the hotel provided wifi I am banned from acessing fitbit.com and the app can not synchronize my charge 2. Please adjust your lockout policy as not imposing cellular data charges on your clients using legitimate hotel ip services.
Having 30 years ITC experience I understand the need of protecting your services, but not ar the expense of your customers.
This notice was posted with cellular data internet as backup acces.
