No Service and a Environmental damaging stock policy !
The band of my Charge 3 broke and I’m looking for a replacement.
I have ordered 3 new ones on FitBit website till I discover that no order can be placed for Singapore and when re-routed to Lavazza all is out of stock and there is no assurance you get a FitBit original one.
When you go to seller shops, including international ones (Best, Courts etc) and where I bought my Charge 3, they all claim they do not have stock for their Clients but I can buy a new one.
Are we Clients if no support ?
At the end it comes easier and quicker to get a new one. I’m not sure that Fitbit acts as a Responsable Company in this Country - which I love - with solutions that are neither environmental and client friendly.
Can anyone can help to get quick replacement bands ?

Do you have access to Amazon?

Yes indeed.
No official Fitbit Charge 3 regular black/graphite size S are available for Singapore. Actually there is hardly any official Fitbit one proposed.
I have ended up to order on Amazon a copy (said replaceable) woven style which I received this morning. And I lost my FitBit Charge 3 during my running. The band is a mere copy. Yet FitBit reference these sellers.
I’m seriously mad ! FitBit @ SINGAPORE is neither Client nor Environmental care !!

Hi Wuist
I went to Carousell to get another Charge3 after I lost mine. So now I have spare woven band, spare special band, and two - one grey and one black - normal. And a half white (the lost item had the white sports band).
Now my wife is looking out on Carousell /Qoo10 for a replacement white band for me as it’s the least irritating to the skin.
You might want to do the same and forget about “original” bands. The logistics for Fitbit may not be worth it. So unless you know someone at Mojito perhaps who may have some lying around and can arrange for you to change?
