Is it possible to log zone minutes manually?

Hi, so I went on a run this morning for 30 minutes, however when I had finished and looked down at my watch, my steps, time and heart rate hadn't been logged. I managed to log a run manually - it estimated my steps and calories burned but not my heart rate. I know what my heart rate would have approximately been due to data from my previous runs. Is it possible for me to log in my zone minutes manually?

Welcome to the Community, @Pineapple62.

Regarding your inquiry, no, there isn't an option to log your zone minutes. The best place to make your voice heard is the feature suggestions board in our community. Please take a moment to visit and give us your feedback. If you find that a similar suggestion has already been made by another member of the community, you can vote for their idea and add your comments.

Also, if your tracker isn't registering your information, I recommend restarting the unit by following the steps in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi, thank you for your reply. I restarted my Fitbit the night before my run so I'm not sure why it didn't log my steps etc. - must have been one of those days! No worries about logging the zone minutes if it's not possible. Thanks again. 🙂

Second this! We should be able to add it OR it should automatically add zone minutes to manually logged exercise. I played soccer tonight and didn’t realize my Fitbit was dead the whole time, so when I logged the exercise it’s saying zero zone minutes. Which kinda stinks 😢

I’ve had a problem with my Fitbit Charge 5 intermittently shutting off heart rate on its own and having to do a restart from watch to get it back. Now I cannot trust it and have to constantly check to make sure it’s on. Apparently when I google this problem, there are others who have the same problem with the Charge 5. I am so upset over this.

Planning to contact Fitbit corporate.
