My Charge 2 was working perfectly fine (the battery easily lasted a couple days between top-off charges) until it suddenly stopped working a couple days ago. Now the screen does not come on (even when using the reset procedures) and it doesn't vibrate when plugged into the charger. The charger is clearly working since the tracker got really hot just 30 minutes after the first time I plugged it in after it stopped working. Now when I plug it in it doesn't get hot and my USB meter shows it cycling back and forth between 0 mA and 150-200 mA every 5-10 seconds (topping off the battery?). When I take it off the charger, the green lights glow a little, but quickly fade away. I can't get the screen to come on no matter what I try. Anyone else experience this? Is it dead? If so, I can't imagine the battery wore out since it could still hold plenty of charge right before it stopped working. If it's the battery, it would have to be a sudden failure, like an internal short. Any ideas?
