Hello

Do you reckon my Fitbit charge is broken?

It never syncs first time or quickly on my Huawei p30.

I've done the trouble shooting multiple times and been in contact with Fitbit about the issue..but it never works reliability. If it's not my Fitbit is just that there servers aren't up to the job?

Basically is it worth taking a a gamble by getting a new charge 3 or will I just run in to the same issues?

Thanks

P.s sorry this post comes off as a little rude or whatever just fed of my Fitbit not working more often than not it's been months.

Its not the Fitbit. It does not look like the device you are syncing to is on the approved list

Some things will work but others will not

Thanks but just looked at the list you linked to and it says my device Huawei P30 is fully compatible.

It has worked with out issue but I can't go a whole week or one week to the next without the issue reoccurring.

My thinking is the the Bluetooth version 4 in the Fitbit charge HR at least when used with a phone that has version 5 causes it to have an unreliable connection.

My reasoning behind this is when I had a phone with blue version 4 using it my with my TV which has version 5 the connection was unreliable but soon as I changed to a phone with blue ver 5 it worked perfectly with my TV.

Also as well as or another explanation is that Fitbit don't test the app very well and or the servers etc need upgrading to handle more connections and at faster speeds to allow more Fitbit's to be used.

Also Google have suppose to of bought them out right so maybe it's something to do with that.

I honestly don't know what's going on but my Fitbit is getting nearer to the bin every week and I couldn't hand on heart tell anyone they should get a Fitbit at the moment.

Google has not bought Fitbit, they have offered to acquire fitbit.

I have almost zero problems with the Galaxy 8.
