I got my FitBit Charge 3 about 2 weeks ago, the first one would continuously lose my heartbeat meaning I had to reboot it over and over again, and the reminders to move didn't work. The company I got it from replaced it, and after one week of wear I am noticing it has similar issues with huge lags in heart rate measurements unless I check regularly and reset or turn heart rate monitoring on and off again and also misses reminders to move at times. It's too expensive to not function half the time.
I've had a FitBit Charge 2 before and had zero problems with that. Are other users experiencing similar problems? Is this model just a bust or are the new FitBits just not that good with monitoring?
Does anyone have tips for 99% guarantee working fitness tracker that isn't the Charge 4 (the color options are hideous) or the Versa 2 (can't afford it lol)?
