Is the FitBit Charge 3 a faulty model?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have purchased 3 FitBit charge 3’s now and all three of them have had issues in less than a year and needed to be replaced.  These were purchased for myself and family members and after 9 months they just seem to be unresponsive or won’t charge or keep buzzing or there are loads of lines across the screen. I have tried all of the troubleshooting measures and in the end I had to contact Fitbit to get replacements for two of them and now the third one isn’t working either and I can’t get in touch with Fitbit. In addition to this one of them was replaced in the last few months and the replacement is now not working either. This is very frustrating!  Does anyone else agree that there may be a fault with this model or is that the way all fitbits are. Which model should I have purchased as these are just the worst and not very well made.

Someone help please?!

HI I have 2  charge  3s in the last 15 months one a replacement as the first one developed white lines across 9 months later the same issue arises with the replacement and from being on here its a common fault that develops with the Charge 3 and so many people have had them replaced  I know people who have had other models  for years and if they offer a  free replacement or a cheaper upgrade I would take the upgrade as  it does appear that the Charge 3 is a faulty model  why they keep  selling it I dont know knowing this occurs

The warranty part tells u how little faith they have in their product or they would give full warranty again.
