I have not used my Charge HR for a couple of years. It still works fine but I can't sync to my time zone and I can't find the Charge HR app to download. Is it still available?

Hi @drox and welcome back! The app is designed for the particular system you're using - Android, iOS or Windows and not for the actual device. Which phone do you have and is it on the list of compatible devices? click to see It's entirely possible your Charge HR needs a firmware update, since it's been a while since you used it.
