I have a Charge 3 and I occasionally get notifications from Spotify when I am using the app on the song it is currently playing, which allows me to pause/play and skip. I really like this feature but the song notifications come in randomly and so the notifications are never needed when they come, and never come when I need them. I also do not have Spotify Premium, and am using an Android device. 

Is there a way to always get the music control notifications?
