Is there an option to rearrange the stats in the Charge 4?

Does the Charge 4 bring back the highly liked feature of user ability to reorganize the stats (steps/miles/flights/etc) on the display that was a major complaint by Charge 3 users who had moved from the 2?

Thanks for the information provided, as well for the steps tried prior posting. Let me explain that the function to customize the stats on the Today app of your Charge 4 isn't available and currently we don't have more details about when this will be implemented. I do apologize for the misunderstanding. Every comment posted in the forums never goes unnoticed, and I'd recommend to submit this idea in the Feature Suggestions board so others can vote for it and it can get the attention of the developers.

I'll be around if you have any other questions.

As with the other questions that ask specifics on the Charge 4.

We will have to wait until it is released and in the hands of users.

That's great news for charge lovers.

@AlejandraFitbit I just got my Charge 4 today and this does not seem to be the case. While I can rearrange the stats/apps on the app, I can't change anything on the tracker itself. On the Charge 2 there was a "change display" option where you could fully customize the order of the stats on the tracker, as well as removing those you don't want to see, but this does not seem to be the case here. Will there be any updates to change this?

Best Answer

I'm not sure if their will be any change @tanyaep20. I do hope so, we had to fight hard to get this option on the Charge and Charge HR, then again Fitbit made us fight to have the option on the Charge 2. Then refused to put it on the Charge 3.

Do we really need to continue the fight with the Charge 4.

You are correct, read the best answer above.

@AlejandraFitbit When will this functionality be available? It isn’t an option in the latest firmware.

Best Answer

@AlejandraFitbitdo you know when this feature will become available? You said it would be there on the Charge 4 and even with today's latest update it's not an option.

Hi Alejandra!  I now have my Charge 4 and love it to bits.  I'd love it even more if I could have Steps per Hour appear above Steps, as the critical (for me) number - steps out of 250 for the hour - is out of sight at the bottom of the screen and has to be nudged into view.  This is a minor niggle but one I hope can be resolved - grateful for your thoughts.

I just upgraded from a Charge 2 to a Charge 4.  This "best answer" is NOT helpful.  Saying it is possible but then saying to look on the main Charge 4 page is NOT helpful.  What are the steps for rearranging the stats?

I too want to rearrange the stats also some inputs from watch like water

the apps can't be arranged and you also can't customize the display - i just had a chat with a support person and they told me that these features are not available on the charge 4 -

would be great to add them - everyone has different things they concentrate on and it is nice to see what interests you most on the clock face.  Same applies to the apps - there are some apps you use often and some rarely -so it would be great to put the most used apps first so you don't have to always cycle through the rarely used apps.

This is so disappointing.  I just switched from a Charge 2 to a Charge 4, and being unable to make simple customizations (stats displayed, stats order, apps order) like the Charge 2 feels like a huge step backwards. I'm now having buyer's remorse because of this, and may return the Charge 4 and go back to my Charge 2 with a cracked screen since I can customize the stats and apps so it works perfect for me, unlike the Charge 4 that displays all this stuff I don't care about but cannot change  😞

Completely agree. The inconvenience is not worth what I just paid for the Charge 4. I'm returning it tomorrow and going back to the Charge 2.

They don't even take the false statement off of the top of their thread.  Shows how much they care.  I can go back to the old unit too.
